- PDF downloads on our website are only partially accessible. We strive to replace these contents as far as the underlying applications allow.
- Some videos do not have subtitles, full-text alternatives, or audio description. For newly published content, our editors are encouraged to work with automatic subtitles.
- There is no CAPTCHA alternative for our graphic CAPTCHAs. As part of a new web interface, we will be able to provide alternatives for newsletter and event registrations.

Dispute resolution / Ombudsman If you are unable to reach a resolution with the website operator, you have the option to contact the Conciliation Body for Barrier-Free Information Technology of the Federal Government by email at info@schlichtungsstelle-bgg.de. The Conciliation Body will then try to determine the circumstances of the violations and resolve them involving all parties concerned.
